## 1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
## 2. Payment Terms
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your order. Balance due on completion.
## 3. Installation
We will agree a mutually convenient installation date. Work will be completed to British Standards.
## 4. Guarantee
All products carry a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. Installation is guaranteed for 2 years.
## 5. Cancellation
You have 14 days from order confirmation to cancel without penalty.
